Free Shipping Bar Goals

A Wix app by operix apps. Shows shoppers how much more to add for free shipping — counting only what you ship, the way Wix does: downloads, gift cards and services are left out, and discounts are taken off first.

Set it up

  1. Open the app's dashboard and enter your free-shipping amount. If you already have a Wix shipping rule with free shipping over an amount, the dashboard offers that amount — use the same one so the bar and checkout agree.
  2. The bar is added to your side cart when you install. Publish your site once and it appears for shoppers.
  3. Using the Cart page instead of the side cart? Wix has no app slot on the Cart page: in the editor open Add Elements → Apps → Free Shipping Bar and drop it on the Cart page, or into the header with "Show on all pages".
  4. On every plan, set your own wording, colors and font in the dashboard.
  5. Pro: turn on the product-page bar and add it with one click from the dashboard, add up to 3 goals (for example 10% off from a higher amount — create the discount itself in Wix), and add a link under the bar.

Questions

The bar says a different amount than checkout. Check that the amount in the app matches your Wix shipping rule (the dashboard shows "Matches your Wix shipping rule" when it does). If your rule differs by country, the bar uses the one amount you set.

The bar shows "Free shipping on orders over …" with no progress. The cart has an item Wix did not tell us whether it ships, so the app does not guess the remaining amount.
