Last updated: September 12, 2026. These terms apply to the Wix app "Gift Wrap & Add-ons" ("the app") provided by operix apps ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
The app adds a gift option to the side cart and checkout of a Wix site that uses Wix Stores: shoppers can choose a wrap style, write a gift message, enter the recipient's name and add extra products you select. Paid wrap styles and paid messages are added to the order as additional fees, and the gift details are saved with the order. The app depends on Wix platform services (Wix Stores, Wix eCommerce, Wix CMS) and may change as those services change.
You decide which wrap styles, prices, messages and add-on products to offer, and you are responsible for fulfilling them, for the accuracy of prices and taxes shown to your shoppers, and for complying with the laws that apply to your store. Gift messages are written by your shoppers; you are responsible for how you use them.
The app has a free plan and a paid plan. Paid plans are sold and billed by Wix through the Wix App Market under Wix's terms; prices are shown there. Features included in each plan are described on the app's App Market page and may be updated. Downgrading or cancelling a paid plan removes the paid features at the end of the paid period; settings that exceed the free plan's limits stop applying but are not deleted.
We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided by email at beobjoong@gmail.com. We may update, change or discontinue the app; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes through the App Market listing.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost orders arising from the use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your site. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by Wix or by law.
