What it does
- Your catalog is indexed when you install, so search works as soon as setup is done.
- Typo tolerant and accent aware — cafe finds café, shose finds shoes.
- Set synonyms so the words shoppers actually type find the right products.
- See which searches came up empty, so you know what your catalog is missing.
Four things we will not do
- We never ask to edit your theme. The app does not request theme write access — you
can check the permissions screen before you install. The search box is a theme app extension block
that you place yourself.
- No overage charges. No setup fees, no per-search fees, no "contact us" tier. Your
price stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
- Shoppers never see your plan. If you pass your plan's limit, analytics and new
synonym rules pause — search keeps working exactly as before for shoppers.
- If our servers go down, your search box does not. The widget falls back to
Shopify's own search rather than showing an error.
