Synced Events Calendar ("the app") shows events from calendars you connect (a public Google Calendar, an iCal/ICS address, or your site's own events) in a calendar widget on your Wix site, with a dashboard for managing connected calendars. The app depends on the availability of those calendar feeds and on Wix platform services; features may change as those services change.
The app offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans are purchased through Wix and billed by Wix according to the plan shown at checkout. You can cancel a paid plan from your Wix account; access to Pro features ends at the end of the paid period. If a site drops from Pro to the free plan, only the first connected calendar keeps showing until you choose which one to keep.
You are responsible for the calendars you connect and the events they contain. Connect only feeds you are allowed to publish, and keep in mind that every event in a connected calendar becomes visible to visitors of your site. Do not connect a private calendar address if you do not want its events to be public.
You may use the app only on sites you are authorised to manage and only for lawful purposes. Automated abuse of the app's endpoints (for example, high-volume scraping) is not allowed and may be rate-limited or blocked.
We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we cannot guarantee that a third-party calendar feed stays reachable. Support is provided by email at beobjoong@gmail.com.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will note the effective date above. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your site.
